Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid eco-friendly shipping label provided via email after your request is approved.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
